Sharing to Specific Players?

Is there a way to share a map or image with just one or a select group of players?

Click and drag the image, story etc. link from your list to the player icon.

[Moon Wizard]

Specifically, the player portrait in the list that appears in the upper left of the tabletop interface, once they have logged in and selected a character.
