Random Extension

Hi Guys

Currently the Random Extension has Random Weather, Random Names and Campaign Date for those without a calender.

What started out as a RMC extension, was requested to make this open to Pathfinder. I have done this and it should work on other rulesets as well. If you find it doesn't, please let me know with the error message and I will endeavour to resolve the issue.
