Armor Checkmark has no effect

The Armor Checkmark on the inventory sheet has no effect. Is this on purpose?
I seem to recall it would adjust the skills and speed on the character sheet. Maybe just wishful thinking :)

It does adjust skills and max dex bonus to AC *if* you put the values in the boxes next to the check mark - the "skill check" penalty must be inserted with the minus sign in front otherwise it will not be applied.

It does not adjust speed - you need to do that yourself.

silly, there's a speed sum, why not just have a field there for speed, since they're all manual anyways, and reduce it..
