Adding Spells to NPC sheet

So I am able to drag the spells into the spells tab for a caster NPC - but how do i change their levels as they are all currently coming in under the level 0 heading?

did you enter numbers for prepared spells per level at top.

ahh...thought the spell level would be the controlling factor and not the number of spells he can cast - but that was definitely it! thanks.
