Is it possible to tie a picture or portrait to an NPC ID in the chatbox?

I was wondering if it is possible to have an NPC's picture or portrait show up in the Chatbox when your using their ID. If its possible I am not sure how to do this? I have it enabled that the players portrait shows up when they speak in the chatbox, but I would like it if I can have NPC's pictures show up as well. Can anyone tell me if this is possible, and if so, how do I set it up or enable it?

Currently, there isn't a way to have an ID have a portrait in the chatbox. You you want to show the players a picture of your NPC then you need to show them an image.
