Is the chat window able to be resized in all rulesets?

The chat window resize is a tag that needs to be enabled in the ruleset (i.e. dynamic and locked). It can be set up as an extension.

So, am I correct in assuming it is not enabled in the M&M ruleset? (ditto for the combat tracker)?If its not enabled, while hardly a deal breaker, please consider this a request to add to the list :)
