Update error "HandleFile: Unable to save file (extensions/Dungeon Theme.ext)"

A friend of mine needs to update her FG client to play on my server. She is using a lite license. She gets the error "HandleFile:
Unable to save file (extensions/Dungeon Theme.ext)" Whenever she attempts to update her client.

It sounds like the file might have been in use or a corrupt download. If the file was in use a reboot or a cold boot should solve it. If that doesn't work then have her go into FG's data app folder (Start -> All Programs -> Fantasy Grounds II -> Application Data Folder) and delete everything except her portraits and modules folders. Then uninstall and re-install FG using the installer from the top left of the download page here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/downloads/

With luck that should fix it.
