I have two monitors. In version 2.8 most any window that opened outside of the border of the FG desktop was automatically moved to inside the border of the current desktop. In 2.9, this no longer seems to be the case for the combat tracker, NPC/Encounter List, Items/Parcels List, and Notes List. It's a little disconcerting to lose the the combat tracker.
