Comm seems to still exist ;) https://www.fantasygrounds.com/refdoc/Comm.xcp, probably just not linked off the main page.

I didn't see anything about the loadorder element in properties for extensions in the FG library docs when I went looking for it yesterday.

Added the Comm link in the left hand menu.

JPG - There's a duplication of the following string "Optional. Positive number defining the order in which the extension should be loaded." next to the <dependency> tag in the description.
