This is a fairly minor bug, and can be easily reproduced.
If I create a table, then drag the die down to the shortcut bar and release it, the shortcut works fine.
However once I exit out of FG and relaunch, the shortcut will roll the die, but the result will be [TABLE] tablename = [Unable to find matching table]
At first I thought it was related to me renaming the shortcuts, but then I tried leaving the shortcuts untouched and the issue remained.
I have no extensions active.
