Problems receiving your order via email

We are tracking down reported issues of people not receiving the order email with the link to the license keys and product download links. In the interim, please check the Order History link at the bottom of the Store page and you should be able to access them.

If you have recently made an order and you did receive the link, we'd be happy to receive the feedback and the domain name that received it.

This should be fixed now. You may receive two identical copies of the order confirmation email since I manually resent a bunch to be safe. You can ignore the extra copy.

Incidentally, the automatic emails for forums subscriptions were also fixed. I never thought of reporting it; I thought they had been stopped on purpose... Thanks!
