Theme Question - What do I change here, need help - graphical oddities

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a theme for the 2.9 3.5e framework, using the Wood theme from Dr. Zeuss. 2 problems:

#1 - First screenshot - shows that the buttons are overlapping the shaded, right-dock area. How do I fix this?

#2 - Second screenshot - there's a weird graphical glitch on the items and NPC tab windows (see miscolored square).

Any idea where these things are going wrong?

you may need to re-define the size of the shortcut panel the buttons should auto resize as needed.

The small square is (tabtop, I think) it is in the graphics/tabs folder.
