Touch Nomenclature

If I wanted to put an effect on a character for 10 rounds that made his attacks go against others TOUCH AC, what is the nomenclature?

E.G.
ATK: Flank 2

Will result in him getting two points added to his attack roll. If I do NOT want to use the +/- effects, what can I type into the combat tracker?

I assume you're referring to the 3.5E/PFRPG ruleset?

If so, I'm not aware of any way to specify an effect that makes someone's attack a touch attack. There's flat footed (Effect = CA on the attacker) but not touch.

Perhaps just make an information effect that lasts for 10 rounds so that you know when it expires, and get the player to open the "Modifiers" window and press the "Touch" button before each of their attacks.
