Help a FG2 Newbie

Hi guys,

I had a string of computer crashes during my last game session and now I can't see any of my DM's maps. I'll get a loading screen when he opens a new map but then it will stay blank for me. Portraits will not load either I'm stuck with '?'. My dice color preferences will not save.

I tried a full reinstall but with zero improvement.

What should I do? :confused:

You should try deleting the campaign cache that is on your PC, this means that when you next connect to the GM you will download a fresh copy of the campaign information.

In windows, go to Windows Start -> All Programs -> Fantasy Grounds 2 -> Application Data Folder. This will open a windows explorer window at the FG data folder. Open the "cache" directory and delete the folder with the same name as your GMs campaign.

Then connect to the GM and hopefully you'll be OK.
