Purchased Lite License, Haven't received license key?!

tl;dr - purchased lite license last night at 9pm, haven't received the license key to activate my download.

I made the purchase last night, I had to register an account to pay. Registered this account and made payment by credit card, I used a different email for the billing information and was thinking maybe that is the problem.

After receiving the email confirming my payment I downloaded by way of the 'Download now: All licenses' section of the Downloads tab. I have no key...

Under the 'Store > Order History' section it says that I have not completed any purchases.

I also tried emailing [email protected] to no avail just yet.

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated. :confused:

Just hang in there.
Last I checked Fantasy Grounds was just 2 guys, both of them with other fulltime jobs.

I am sure they will get to it ASAP.

Also welcome to the community, and while you are getting your license stuff fixed up, what game systems do you play?

I play x-box mostly, not enough money for my dream computer yet. PS3 when I can, but only at my friend's house who owns one. Although lately I'm focused on finding a new house to rent so my gaming has been at an all time low...:cry:

Just a head's up (being the new guy), you normally want to post "support" questions over in the "The House of Healing" forum. No worries though. I'd say if you haven't heard anything by the end of the day, post there, and send a note to [email protected]. They're good guys - your money's not in any danger here :)

So since FG is for helping you run pen & paper-style role-playing games over the Internet, which roleplaying games are you interested in playing? You can post over in the "Guild House" forum to let folks know you're available, if you'd like. Be sure to post your time zone and days/times available so that folks can sync up your availability with theirs.

I just responded via email as well.

It looks like the order never came back from Paypal as completed. Double-check your CC billing online to make sure it didn't charge you already, and try ordering again. If you end up getting double-charged, we can refund the second order for you.
