lost rule set

Hi,
I had a problem with my pc and lost all info. I had in it my CoC rule set which I bought in 2010. I dont know if you keep track of the purchases and if it can be related in some way to my account data
I would appreciate any info and if there is a solution or if I have to buy it again.
