My friend tried to connect to me last night, but couldn't and got the message below, any ideas?

I tried first with the Foundation Core ruleset and my BoL extension, then with the 3.5e ruleset, same both times.

What is the user typing into the host field to connect?

It looks like the address field data is missing for some reason, but I need more information to track done why.
