Token locking issue

Hey guys, I'm having an issue with the players not being able to move there tokens on the map. When they try to move there tokens either nothing happens (much like trying to move an NPC token) or a movement line appears. This is the second time this has happened and I'm wondering if its player/user error or a bug? Thanks for any advice.

Sounds like the GM has right-clicked on a token and selected "Lock Tokens" as this is the functionality that will happen when the tokens are locked.

Check "Locking Tokens" under GM Guide - Gameplay -> Images in the user guide accessed from the library.
