3.5 .PAK File extraction

I am trying to use the "FGPEMUtility.exe" to extract the 3.5.PAK file that was downloaded with fantasy grounds 2. However when I do the extraction I dont extract everything from the pak file, I only extract about 11kb worth of data compare to the 11mb of the .PAK file. I would like to know if there is an uncompressed 3.5 PAK file out there.

I want to be able to do this since I wrote my own modules and rule sets but use a lot 3.5 ruleset that are already built in. There are a lot of things that I like about this format but would like to modify it. I don't want to start from scratch if possible since I have already done a lot of coding.

According to smitewirks you do not need it any more. It acts like a zip file.

I tried many times with different zips, and it will not read the .pak file extension :(

I have to tell it to do it twice. The first time it just gets a couple of files, but when I tell it to go again it unzip's the rest of the files into the folder with the ones already there.

I had to update, come to think about it. Then it worked like it was a zip.
