I'm working on a new skin, and I was surprised to find that the graphic didn't align to one side or the other (or didn't appear to)—which is what I was counting on. Can someone explain to me how that graphic is applied to the individual hot-key slots, and tell me if it's possible to force it to align?

The area for the hot key bar is divided into 12 sections. Each section is rendered using the frame specified for the hotkeybar in the ruleset definition. Then, the title frame is drawn over the top. Finally, the title text and hot key text are drawn.

In the frame definitions, you can specify which portions of a graphic are used for each section on the screen. If the supplied graphic for the sides or center is not sufficient to cover the area to draw, the graphic is tiled.

Not sure how I missed that it was a frame—figures. At least I know how to work those. :P
