Can this set handle OpenQuest?

My fave version of RuneQuest/BRP is OpenQuest. Can this set handle OpenQuest and if so, what adjustments/tweaks would I need to make?

I don't know OpenQuest, but you can get an idea of how flexible the ruleset is by looking at the User Guide (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/filelibrary/manuals/BasicRoleplayingforFantasyGroundsII-UserGuide.pdf).
