Regarding Licenses

Ok, I could not find an answer to my doubt.

I am seeing what I will buy. But probably I will buy an combination of 1 or 2 full licenses and 3-4 "basic licenses" as it cheaper to buy togheter. What I cant find is how I handle the extra licenses to my friends. I want then to be allowed to register here and download again when necessary.

How exactly this work? Does all licenses stay registred to MY account or I can transfer to others accounts?

You can download the software whether you're registered or not. What you can't do is access the license code without going through you. (or just making sure you keep the email or whatever method you send the license code to your friends).

I have several licenses I gave away while my own license is registered with a friend as he bought the bundle some three-four years ago. Haven't had any issues.
