Amalgamted User guide

Is there an amalgamated manual in something like a PDF rather than the web based library version? I'd like to be able to read all of it in one go rather than go through each of the links.

My priority on user guides is web, then PDF. I went through a cycle last year trying to find software that would allow me to set up our manual and reference content in a web interface that would also be printable to PDF. However, all the solutions were expensive, took too much work to manage or didn't provide the right features. I tried wikis, CMS, help authoring tools and more.

I have been keeping my eye out for a system that lets me publish both without a lot of overhead, and I will migrate as soon as I find a good one.
