Crashes when rolling 4E Diplomacy

My player, who plays a half-elven paladin, has a problem. When he rolls diplomacy, he crashes my Fantasy Grounds (I'm the DM).

Before I go into his actual makeup, we've tested this issue on other skills. On other player's character. And I even rebuilt his character from scratch, but only he has the problem.

The image of his skill tree is attached.

I have reason to believe that it's the unique makeup of the character build (the 'perfect storm' as he says) that causes this issue as it happened on his newly rebuilt character.

ALSO... it never crashed when we took out the MISC modifier.

Not sure what the problem is, since many others are using successfully.

I had the same problem when rolling Athletics for an NPC last session. It happened a few times so I just manually rolled it instead of dragging it off the skill.
