moving FGII software questions

I am getting a new pc.

If i make a copy of my current FGII application data folder, do I just use it when i do the new install? or is there anything else I need to do?

do a normal install on new computer and copy the relevant directories from appdata...

You should also look for any copies of PAK files in your C:\Program Files\Fantasy Grounds\ folder. Newer rulesets which install as PAK files get placed here instead of in the AppData\...\Rulesets folder. There is a link to the FG application data folder in the Fantasy Grounds Start Menu folder.
