These are my views on calendar use and apply to all games I run.
Vote Yes or No, or explain in the calendar thread why you haven't (this ensures I'm aware of current players). Anyone not doing this will be deleted from the calendar after the session they didn't vote for.
I only create calendar entries once I have interest from a forum thread, so a lot of useful information can be gained there. Post in the forum thread or you wont get accepted in the calendar. Searching for the calendar title should get you the forum thread, if not PM me.
