How do i join my own game

I searched and searched for an answer to this, i thought i had seen it on one of Xorne's tutorials but for the life of me I cannot figure it out so I am making a new post. How do I, as the GM, join my own game....I thought i just typed "Local Host" into the join game address box and it would work but no such luck. I'm sure it is very easy but I am at a wall...any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance and thank you to all the veterans out there. (it is veterans day)

You need to start up 2 instances of FG. One should load a campaign. Then the 2nd one joins using localhost. Make sure there isn't a space in the middle.
