User Guide 3.5e for download?

Is there an html file available for download with the latest information? The online 3.5e User Guide in the Library section is great. It seems to really cover a lot of ground. However, it would be useful to me to have access to that information when not online as well.
Is any such resource available?

Not right now. I explored various solutions for the online manuals months ago to see if I could find a piece of software that would do both online and offline, but none of them met our criteria at that time. I'm continuing to keep my eyes open.

Given a PDF printer application, someone could probably print all the pages to PDF and combine to make a decent manual.
