[3.5E v2.8.1] Spell links don't work in character sheets

Although links to other spells from within spells opened from the library now work correctly, those opened from within the Actions tab on a character sheet don't work - in fact, they don't exist. The spells are displayed in a different, editable format, which I guess is behind the issue.

It's an interesting design challenge. The current link opens the spell details stored with the character, which seemed initially like it could replace the reference link completely; but it seems like an additional reference link would be useful as well.

Moving forward, my plan is to reduce the complexity of the character sheet, while moving editing/viewing details towards a drill-in model. In most situations, people just need their rolls.
