I spent the money where is the key?

I just upgraded from full to ultimate so my wife can play on a seperate compouter in the house. I spent the money but was not given a key.

I clkicked the link in my email and downloaded and now I have a Unregistured version! Did all my info get lost from my campaign? AND WHERE IS MY KEY~!!

If my information from my campign was lost can I get a refund?

I redownloaded the full upgrade and no information was lost: order id 16030

Now I just need to know how to get the ultimate?

$158.90 has been spent for the ultimate almost $9 more than just buying it out right I would at least like to get the $115 back if I cant get a key
