Audio chat software

What are folks using for audio chatting during games, and what are the fees? I figure folks around here have already scoped out the best solutions for the price. I'll have one player in Asia, the rest in CA.

You can host your own Ventrilo server for free. I think you're limited to 8 participants or so, but that should be enough for an RPG.

It's best if someone besides the GM hosts it, though, so your bandwidth can be devoted to the FG traffic.
