Lost License?

Hello I have problem...I moved computers and my Full license is missing. Istill have my lite license, was wondering if I can get a license retrieval?

Ok I have the license but...it was a lite upgrade
So I have the original lite license and used that to install but now I can't figure out how to upgrade the button only opens a link to the store.
