test failure

I'm looking for a little help. Im not very computer savy. I've been trying to get the test to work but it keeps coming up failure. Ive tried taking my firewall down. I looked up my Ip and tried to have my router allow 1802. Nothing seems to work. My IP is 192.168.0.1 I don't know if this has anything to do with the failure, but on fanatasy grounds it says my IP is 192.168.0.4
If anyone has any suggestions, I would be most grateful:D

If FG is saying that your IP address is 192.168.0.4, then that is the IP address that your operating system is telling FG that it is connected to. Usually, 192.168.0.1 is the IP address of your router; so I would try the .4 address instead for your port forwarding rules.

FG will attempt to automatically configure port forwarding when you host a session using UPnP, but it doesn't work in all network scenarios. Also, the Test Connection feature does not currently use UPnP, though it will in the next release.
