don't get the damage tables...

So lookinga at the damage tables I see a few things that dont make sense to me.

acording to the table in the mod..
with 17 str your thrust damage is 1d+2
with 16 str your thrust damage is 2d+1

so your damage range is
str17 = 3-8
str16 = 3-13

why is the damage range for a strength of 16 larger than the str for 17?

this is in the character creation cheat sheet mod. on the Damage and basic lift chart. This same weirdness holds true with the Expanded GM's guide.

Yes, it is: thrust damage for str 16 needs to be corrected to 1d+1 at least -and to my knowledge- in the Character Creation Cheat Sheet, in GURPS Lite and in the Expanded GM's Screen library mods.
