Purchased PHB

I purchased the PHB for deadlands reloaded, and don't know how to access it. If I open my start menu i can find the PHB but there is nothing to open. Do I need to add it to my FGII program to access it? Of anyone can help me with this problem that would be awesome

Should be available within Fantasy Grounds once you are in a Savage Worlds campaign under the Modules icon. Then you open it up there and it shows up in the Library to access and drag and drop things you might need to your character sheet, etc.
