im looking for a good D&D game to jump into where the people are friendly and dont mind explaining something if i dont understand.

Your best bet will be to look at the Game Calendar (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/calendar) and see who is accepting players and message the DM, or jump in the IRC channel on IRC://fg2.rpg-vault.net here (https://fg2.rpg-vault.net/) if you do not have an IRC client. Its also help to post your time zone, as we do have a world wide community that hosts games, as well as what type of games/rulesets you are good with :). And welcome to the forums, its a great community. If you need any technical help the forums are a place to go. Finding a game might be a little hard sometimes on the forums, but do not give up, there is always someone willing to DMing at some point or another.
