Double Clicking Skills Rolls

I have been searching around here for a while looking for an answer to this question. I know in the JPG rulesets, there is code that allows a d20 to be thrown as well as all the modifiers. My question is, is there an easy way to change the die thrown, to say a d10? I know it would depend on the skill sheet, but is it possible?
