New Player- Need Parser help

I'm a very new player when it comes to Fantasy Grounds. I see this 4e Parser and I can see that it's useful from the number of people using it, but I can't figure out exactly HOW to use it. I'm not exactly a programming wiz and I can't find any specific post on the 4e ruleset parser website that gives me instructions on how to use it. If someone can help me here (or point me to a how to guide as I'm sure I'm not the first to ask this) that would be much appreciated.
