Updated documentation for test version

I have created a beta version of the developer documentation that reflects the new developer capabilities in v2.8, as well as fixing any documentation issues I could find.

I think the subwindow control definition is still a bit confusing:

A reference to the subwindow object is available from the script environment of the contained window instance through the variable subwindow. In the other direction, the subwindow control is available from the contained window instance through the parentcontrol variable.
Shouldn't that say:

A reference to the contained window object is available from the script environment of the containing subwindow control through the variable subwindow. In the other direction, the subwindow control is available from the contained window instance through the parentcontrol variable.

Found an error whilst pulling down a new copy of the docs for offline usage:

https://www.fantasygrounds.com/refdoc/numbercontrol.xcp has a link near the bottom to "dropdata" (which doesn't exist).
