Creating a "Misc" Mod

I am relearning the 4EParser, and am interested in creating a mod that contain various information from several sources.

I would like a feat out of one book, and 2 items out of another. As my character grows, this mod will grow. It may even be used to facilitate my whole group.

Anyway, how do I do that.

I have been creating txt files according to the method that I know, but it isn't coming out correctly.

Is there a better place to post this?
