Question....If i buy the FULL version right now. what adventures come with it. like is there a preloaded full adventure i can run as a DM already? or is it just a blank slate that i have to use to create a game or purchase seperate adventures?

There's "A Tale of Dinor" for 3.x. However, it's not a full adventure. So, yeah, it's pretty much a blank slate.

Actually, I think there is a free White Haired Man adventure bundled with a Full these days. Depending on what you want to run you might be able to buy an adventure module. Most of those are just $6 or less with a few like 3.50.

Griogre is correct. There is a free D&D 3.5 compatible adventure module included now for the 3.5E ruleset. Even if you don't end up running a 3.5E game, it is worthwhile to take a look at how this module is organized. It will help you get a good idea of an efficient way to lay out your own modules. Other store bought modules will be presented in a similar fashion.
