Recovering bought tokens help.

I purchased the heroic token set for 4e (1 and 2). I am trying to redownload the tokens and set 1 downloaded fine but when I click on the link (that I had saved when I first purchased the token set) it says the link is not permitted. It is not being blocked by my firewall and I turned off firefox security and tried but still nothing.

Before purchasing anything else I would like to ask, how do I recover purchased content? Thank you.

Hello Shinmuriel,

Send your email address used for the purchase, and the order # if you still have it to [email protected]. There is a limit of 3 downloads per order item but we can override it if needed. It is in place to keep any of them from getting loose in the wild, so to speak.

I found the installer that I previously downloaded and it worked for now it seems.
