registration problem

Hi there. Sorry to use the forum for this but I couldn't find an email address to contact you folks. I bought the Savage Worlds Ruleset with full Fantasy Grounds II license (5 copies) at GenCon 2009. I have not activated them (I may have activated one as I only have 4 copies in the my game box). When I tried to activate one it said the key was invalid. Any help would be appreciated.

if you go to the bottom of the Store page there is an Order History link. since you bought you licenses at Gencon, I don't know for certain that it will work for you, but it should. If it doesn't, this email should get you the help you need:
