I thought this could help those out there using GURPS_4enhanced with creating personal modifier libraries in seconds. This will also create modules compatible with any ruleset running the Oberoten's mod storage.

see it in action:

it is really simple and fast to use. just feed it the needed values clicking add entry for each modifier you are submitting the the library. once completed you can choose the module type client, common or db. inspect your entries and make changes in the entry inspector. when ready click "Build Module" and the needed files are created and auto packed into a .mod file and placed where you so choose.

Please note that this is an very early alpha and will eventually support many other module classes. However I thought that with the basic modifier support working rather well the community could benefit from a test release!

GREAT tool!

With time, if saithan develops it more, this modmaker app will be useful for building FG2 library modules very easily and quickly, on the fly.

However right now, it serves to the purpose of making FG2 libraries of modifiers.

These libraries of modifiers are immediately useful to GMs who are making their own libraries, but also, this app serves to the purpose of making non-global, but particular libraries of modifiers related to specific characters - not to the entire rule system, nor to the entire player character party.

Additionally, by having specific modifiers' libraries for this or that player character gives to the player control of his most commonly used modifiers, along with the capability of the player of applying them himself to his own character, enhancing the game experience for him and at the same time saving work for the GM.

Here is a sample of a specific-character library ("Thundar") created with the Modmaker app, featuring the following GURPS modifiers:

- Defending: Multiple Parries with Two-Handed Weapons (-2)
- Fast-Draw from odd positions: belt (-2)
- Trademark Move (*): All-Out Attack (Determined) with Extra Effort (Flurry of Blows), thrown as a Rapid Strike to the neck and a Deceptive slash at the torso for -2 to foe's defenses (-8)
- Two-Handed Sword Counterattack: (-3)

This is the corresponding screenshot:

The point is that while having these modifiers at hand for such particular warrior character makes a lot of sense for his player, it doesn't for others that aren't using anything of that, like a scholar character, a peasant or a peaceful lady... nor to any other warrior-type not using a two-handed sword!

This other screen, in contrast, shows a Library of global modifiers, instead:
