On a Wizard character sheet, where do you list rituals?

Typically I put them on the abilities sheet, under special abilities. I have a module of all available rituals so that ritual casters can open that module and access the text with a click during the game.

I have also played in games where we used notes & or the note section of the char sheet.

There isn't a special place for them. You can either list them on the Notes section on the Notes tab or you can List them in Special Abilities on the Abilities tab. Listing them on the notes tab is probably cleaner, but you can drag and drop them on the special abilities tab and get a link back to the ritual. The problem with the Abilities tab is you will quickly have to start scrolling if it is a high level character with lots of class / race / paragon abilities and you add a bunch of rituals.
