Seeking one player to play in a Dresden Files RPG Campaign on bi-monthly Monday nights (8 or 9 to 12 E.S.T.).
I already have one player and would like to keep this particular game small to enable the telling of more personal stories.
There will be two main protagonist PC's who partner to solve supernatural style investigative situations. The stories will revolve around these main characters and address their personal and professional life developments and occasionally deal with world spanning political effects in the world. In keeping with the nature of the Dresden Files novels, when the heat turns up, there will be a cast of friendly NPC's potentially available to call upon to help provide a little more muscle or information resources when needed.
While there are certain to be adrenaline pumping combat situations that come up in this game, there will be a heavy emphasis on role playing and collaborative story telling. In the spirit of the FATE rules engine, character creation and even city design will be a collaborative process with all the players.
The type of player we are looking for is someone who is an experienced role player and is prepared to put effort into the story we are telling together. Roll players need not apply for this particular opportunity.
