Problems sharing images

Yesterday we were having our weekly session. For some reason the images I was sharing didn't appear on the clients pc's. They displayed as loading but never appeared.

The tokens and the grid would load but no images. I even tried adding a new image but it still didn't work.

I tried opening a new campaign and sharing an image which worked fine.

This is a long running campaign and I've never encountered something like this. I was sharing the exact same images last week and no problems.

I would try replacing the image - especially since it has worked before - the image may have been corrupted. Just load it in an art program and re-save it. I'd save it under another name as it sounds like the corruption may have been transferred to you player's cache. Alternatively you could just have the players delete their cache after re-saving but in a long running game it may take a while to have the cache values re-transmitted.
