target: enable pc actions

Fantasy Grounds noob here ... just going through the documentation and learning how to use it. When I click on "options" in the upper right hand corner, and scroll down to "Combat (GM)" There is an option listed as "target: enable pc actions." I have searched through the documentation, wiki(s) and forums and can find no mention of this. Can someone explain what this does?

If that is enabled then Players can attack monsters by targeting them and double clicking, to attack, damage and drop effects on them. If you are following Xorn's tutorials that option is set to enable PC actions. Most 4E games play with that option on.

Thank you for the response. I was hoping that is what it does, but was unable to find time to test it with a friend. Also I appreciate you pointing me back to the tutorials. I thought i had seen them all (multiple times) but apparently I somehow missed that one :)
