View Full Version : I can't find a key on my receipt.

I bought an upgrade to ultimate right around the time fantasygrounds was bought by smiteworks. I talk to a representative about it then, and they gave me my key for ultimate. All was good until I replaced my computer. I checked the email, and it seems that the key isn't part of the order receipt. I don't know who to talk to about this.

Have you checked your order history (bottom of the store page).?

If it's not there, send an email to [email protected].

Leonal is correct. I responded to your email request too though.

Please let me know if it doesn't show up in your Order History for some reason though.

Could we have the History button more towards the top of the page when we go to the store or a bit easier to spot?
