redownloading

i've decided to get back into fantasy grounds after not using it for a good 3-4 years ^_^; i know i've purchased it but i don't actually have it "downloaded" anymore, and i can't find the recipe in my e-mail anymore either :c and it's not showing in my order history D:
is there anyway to redownload it or do i have to just repurchase it again?

if you purchased it through the FG website store then look at the bottom of the
store page. there should be a link to your order history.

if you click on that it will give links to re-download everything you have bought.

if you bought it somewhere else then I think you will need some proof of purchase before contacting the support email address.

The download for Fantasy Grounds is available from the Downloads page and then you would just need to find a copy of your original license. If you bought it 3-4 years ago, you might have purchased it through RPGNow or DriveThruRPG and may be able to re-attain it from there. Barring that, send me a note to [email protected] with the email address you think you used and I can try to look it up for you.
